Job Summary
Providing a high level of service to surpass internal and external customer expectations while working in a comprehensive team selling environment. The Inside Sales Representative is the central resource working closely with our outside sales team to provide customer support and help manage all aspects of the order flow process; including new account set up; pricing and quoting; collection of credit information; order write-up and associated follow-up. Some cross and up-selling will occur as well.
Job Location
- This position will be remote near one of our facilities in the United States.
Job Responsibilities
- Directly facilitate customer requests for pricing, quote and scope of work deliverables associated with all products in assigned territory.
- Maintain project records, documentation, and data in (CRM) database.
- Possesses thorough knowledge of products sold in assigned market, processes, and policies to support and exceed customer requirements and expectations.
- Effectively utilizes technology, reporting, and process to drive efficiency.
- Provide timely project updates or findings to the respective Regional Sales Manager via phone, email, and update to the appropriate records in CRM.
- Manage Project Search Program utilizing web-based searches (Reed/Insight/BidEx) to identify potential customers/end users.
- Effectively navigate the bidding process. Outbound calling to site or general contractors to gain approval to quote specified products.
- Assist and support the RSM's when needed, understanding of competitive products and our advantages
- Develop a knowledge and regulatory understanding of each territory and our go to market strategy.
- Check plans and specification as needed to provide accurate quotes.
- To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- To apply requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as appropriate within the areas of responsibility.
- Other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work within a CRM system
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management, customer service skills and strong computer skills
- Ability to review lead sources and qualify opportunities for revenue growth
- Ability to read and understand construction, drainage, and utility drawings and plan sets preferred
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve involving several variables while operating in a dynamic, fluid, team-orientated environment

Compensation
- Hourly rate is $30.00 to $31.00
- Yearly target bonus of 10%
