BAUELEMENTE își extinde echipa și caută un Inginer Ofertare Prefabricate din Beton, cu background tehnic în construcții și interes pentru zona de analiză tehnico‑economică și ofertare.
🎯 Rolul tău
Vei contribui direct la analiza proiectelor, calculul costurilor și elaborarea ofertelor comerciale pentru elemente prefabricate din beton, asigurând soluții corecte din punct de vedere tehnic, economic și contractual.
✅ Ce vei face
- Analizezi proiecte, caiete de sarcini și documentații tehnice.
- Întocmești calculații de cost pentru prefabricate din beton (materiale, piese înglobate, cofraje, transport, montaj).
- Elaborezi și verifici ofertele comerciale, pe care le supui spre avizare managementului.
- Pregătești documentația pentru licitații.
- Colaborezi cu departamentele interne (vânzări, aprovizionare, producție).
- Menții relația cu clienți, proiectanți, constructori și subcontractori.
- Urmărești derularea contractelor și execuția lucrărilor din punct de vedere cantitativ și al termenelor.
- Gestionezi și arhivezi documentația de ofertare.
- Respecți procedurile interne, legislația și cerințele Sistemului de Management Integrat.
🎓 Ce căutăm
- Studii superioare în Construcții Civile și Industriale.
- Experiență în ofertare / devize / analiză tehnico‑economică - avantaj.
- Cunoștințe bune de operare PC (MS Office).
- Abilități de analiză, atenție la detalii și organizare.
- Abilități de comunicare și colaborare.
- Seriozitate, discreție și spirit de echipă.
