Job Summary
The HR & Safety Administrator supports both the Human Resource and Safety functions maintaining company processes while managing administrative duties, documentation, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage Talent Acquisition platform by updating job requisitions and postings to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date visibility for candidates
- Lead weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and support candidate vetting and dispositioning throughout the onboarding process
- Support recruiting initiatives, including recruitment strategy, sourcing activities, and coordination of hiring events
- Track approvals to ensure timely processing and compliance with internal policies
- Maintain and file documentation related to new‑hire progress, annual performance reviews, incident reports, and safety records to ensure accurate and organized compliance records
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to support HR and safety program requirements
- Document and manage all incident reports, including near misses, property damage, general liability, auto incidents, first aid cases, and injuries
- Complete all required MSHA and OSHA documentation
- Compile and distribute internal site audit reports
- Oversee contractor qualification checklist database
- Create checklists, forms, and toolbox talks to support safety communication
- Assist with producing and editing training videos to enhance employee learning and engagement

Job Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, EHS, or a related field
- Prior experience in HR, safety administration, or office administration preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
