Responsibilities
- Provide full‑cycle HR administrative support for the central office.
- Monitor and maintain time‑tracking records and prepare timesheets for payroll processing for each reporting period.
- Prepare HR, analytics and statistical reports.
- Contribute to monthly management reporting on headcount, workforce structure, and employee movements, providе information and analytical references about operational requests for personnel according to different criteria.
- Data administration, technical support for HR processes within the internal HR system (SuccessFactors).
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives and support corporate culture development.
- Participate in internal HR and cross‑functional projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education in Economics, Human Resources Management, or Law.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and English will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, systematic approach, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.
