The Mechanic will be responsible for performing all needed inspections and repairs on On-Highway End Dump Trucks, Tractors,Trailers, and Fleet in a safe and effective manner.
- 2 years' plus experience in Diesel Mechanics
- Preferred if candidate has Cummins software and/or Paccar software experience
- Good electrical diagnostics ability/experience
- Experience working on Peterbilts, Kenworths and Internationals
- Provide own hand tools (1 ½" wrenches and sockets) and storage necessary to perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of following directions and effectively work in a team environment
- Welding / Fabricating experience a plus
- Ability to recognize and react to safety related issues
- Computer skills a plus
- Good attitude is a MUST
