ABOUT THE ROLE

The Global Product Manager - Floor Joints, currently looks after the Connolly and Isedio product portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Maximise sales opportunities by formulating and presenting solutions that utilise Leviat's floor joint products in order to assist customers with more effective, better performing and more profitable alternatives

• Develop and maintain product documentation, design tools, approvals, and compliance obligations, for the floor joint range for the Leviat Australia, New Zealand and other global markets

• Keep abreast of competitor floor joint products and market conditions to enable the company to maintain its competitive position

• Address customer requests, undertake engineering trouble-shooting for customers

• Undertake feasibility studies to determine the viability of introducing new or existing products

• Drive/support new product design

• Prepare marketing material in collaboration with the Marketing team

• Attend seminars, industry functions, customer briefings, etc to promote Leviat's floor joint products

• Provide technical support to other internal departments and external third parties

• Provide mentorship and guidance to members of the technical team

WHAT YOU BRING

• Structural engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification

• At least10 years' experience in a similar role

• Well-developed problem solving skills

• Self-confidence with strong interpersonal skills, an excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
