Job Summary
Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the National Solutions Financial Planning & Analysis team. The individual will be a key contributor to the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting and consolidation process. Responsibilities include examining and improving processes, understanding, and developing systems/tools, reporting and variance analysis, as well as managing and maintaining departmental, function and project budgets.

Job Responsibilities
- Support reporting and analysis for monthly close, forecast, and budget for National Solutions
- Contribute financial and strategic support to executive senior management including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, working capital trends, and other ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate forecast consolidation and oversee accurate data integration into Oracle EPM
- Enhance and/or develop tools to support better decision making across the company, leveraging the Oracle EPM system and the data warehouse
- Partner with business units and IT to improve the accuracy of KPIs, scorecards, and daily/monthly reporting including automating and streamlining processes
- Ad hoc business analysis to turn data into insights across functions
- Performing financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, recommend improvements and identify growth opportunities
- Work collaboratively across finance to define and implement best practices and drive consistency across the organization
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- 2+ years of financial management and analytical experience, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Broad business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business information clearly and concisely to peers and the executive level
- Self-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Drive Results - Consistently achieving objectives, even under tough circumstances, pushing self and others to accomplish goals
- Oracle EPM Planning experience preferred; HFM (on-premise or cloud) experience required
- SAP and or similar ERP system knowledge an advantage
- BI (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) experience a plus
