Finance Controller
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Plant Controller to lead financial management for our manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team to drive business performance, cost efficiency, and strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to plant leadership, providing insights to support decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
- Ensure accurate financial records, inventory and fixed asset control, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes
- Manage and develop the plant finance team
- Support capital expenditure planning and return optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and head office finance

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or plant controlling
- Strong background in product costing, inventory, and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High integrity with a strong business and strategic mindset
