Job Summary
This role supports the Regional Marketing Manager with key initiatives and programs to drive growth of our leading hardscapes, masonry and dry mix concrete products. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating the details for marketing deliverables such as promotional items, flyers and brochures, signage, POP displays, invitations, and handouts for training events. In addition, this role will work with the locals sales teams, training team and the Regional Marketing Manager team to coordinate details such as PPT presentations, training videos, and some other administrative assistance.
Job Location
- This posistion is hybrid and located at our Corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Regional Marketing team and participate in the planning phase of local training events and coordinate details related to the registration process, invitation creation, signage needs, handouts, and promotional material
- Create turn-key templates for training events such as agendas, name badges, and signage
- Coordinate details related to the submittal of training agendas to industry associations for CEU credit approval and process training attendee information for CEUs at the close of training
- Assist the Field Marketing team with requests from the field such as logos, photography files, literature, product color swatches, product labels, and cut sheets
- Work with the team to identify process improvements to streamline the marketing requests from the field
- Work with the training team to assist with details related to training content such as PPTs, project video shoots, posting content internally
- Assist with other marketing projects as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant education/experience
- Previous event planning or project management experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present event ideas and plans to management
- Ability to travel up to 25% to meetings, events, and trade shows
