Summary

We are looking for Heavy Equipment Operators for the Summer of 2026. This Summer position provides a rich and rewarding hands on learning experience and the opportunity to make a contribution to our organization and works under close direction of an experienced supervisor/manager. Heavy Equipment Operators assist with laboring, maintenance, and gain some experience running equipment.

Compensation and Company Benefits:

• $20.50-$23.00 an hour

Responsibilities

• Assemble heavy plant components using hoists and hand tools.
• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications..
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, changing filters, taking oil samples, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
• Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials, using trucks, crawler tractors, power cranes, shovels, graders, or related equipment.

Requirements

• Qualified student enrolled in the following degrees or related programs: Heavy Equipment Operations
• High School/Tech School student
