Now Hiring: Asphalt Quality Control Director

We're looking for a seasoned Asphalt QC Director to lead our quality program across production and paving operations. This is a high‑visibility leadership role for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong operational instincts, and the confidence to drive quality excellence at scale.

What We're Looking For

• Required: Proven asphalt mix design experience (Superpave preferred). This is a core requirement for the role.
• 10+ years in asphalt QC, lab testing, or paving operations.
• 3+ years leading teams or managing QC programs.
• Strong command of QC methodologies, statistical analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• A leadership style rooted in integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
