Key Tasks аnd Responsibilities

• Managing the end‑to‑end process of collecting, processing, and structuring large datasets from internal and external sources
• Conducting market analysis of cement and construction materials, including volumes, dynamics, competitors, pricing, consumer trends
• Conducting product and pricing analysis: margin performance, cost structure, comparative assessments, and assortment optimization
• Monitoring expenses, developing financial and analytical models
• Preparing analytical reports, building dashboards, forecasting models and recommendations for commercial, production, and leadership teams
• Participating in strategic company projects and preparing presentations for senior leadership team
• Driving ongoing improvements in data collection and analysis processes

• Higher education in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in business analytics, financial analytics, or data-related roles
• Strong command of analytical tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau; SQL is an advantage
• Proficiency in handling large datasets, build analytical models, and conduct in‑depth analysis
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to details, and the ability to deliver clear, well‑structured conclusions
• English - Intermediate level
• Proven ability to create clear, structured presentations and analytical materials for leadership team
• Personal qualities: analytical mindset, systematic approach, ability to work in a dynamic environment, good communication skills, ability to explain complex insights clearly, initiative, proactivity, and readiness to take responsibility for results
• Desire to grow in the industrial sector and understanding of basic principles of manufacturing operations (preferred)
