Role Description
Co-creating policies, standards, processes, guidelines, and tools related to compensation and benefits, job evaluation, bonus and incentive schemes, and employee benefits to support the implementation of CRH's Human Resources strategy in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing compensation benchmarking and pay equity analyses
- Co-creating and updating job descriptions and conducting job evaluations (using the KFHG methodology)
- Recommending changes to compensation systems
- Preparing analyses and monitoring key HR indicators such as employee turnover, absenteeism, etc.
- Analyzing and monitoring the employee benefits market
- Collecting market offers and tracking emerging trends in employee benefits
Requirements
- Knowledge of compensation processes and best practices
- Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- English proficiency at B2 level
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Compensation & Benefits
