Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team within the hardscapes industry. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, including contractors/installers, general contractors with some interaction with landscape architects, developers, and municipalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardscape products and applications, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

- This position is remote, and this person needs to live in Houston,TX.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct product knowledge presentations and demonstrations with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the hardscapes, construction, or building materials industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of hardscape products (pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living solutions, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, open orders, production, and projects simultaneous
- Proficient in SalesForce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
