Position Summary

The Back Office Sales Support Summer Student supports the sales team by keeping data, invoices, and tickets accurate and up to date. This role helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day sales operations by maintaining records, supporting billing activities, and tracking sales requests. It's a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in sales operations while working closely with sales and finance partners.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate customer, sales, and pricing data in internal systems
  • Support invoicing by preparing invoices, checking details, and helping resolve discrepancies
  • Log, track, and update sales and service tickets to ensure timely follow‑up
  • Work with sales and finance teams to resolve data, invoice, or ticket issues
  • Keep digital records organized and escalate urgent issues when needed


Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program (business, accounting, administration, or related field preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data and invoices
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email tools
  • Strong organization and time‑management skills
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
