Définition du poste
Un poste stratégique, au cœur de l'activité commerciale et technique
En tant qu'Assistant(e) Administration des Ventes, vous ne vous contenterez pas de saisir des commandes : vous serez l'interlocuteur(trice) clé entre les clients, les commerciaux, la logistique et les usines. Vous assurerez la gestion complète des dossiers clients, de la construction du devis à la livraison finale, en passant par le suivi technique et la coordination interne.
Missions
- Elaborer et relancer les offres commerciales : chiffrages précis, propositions techniques, devis sur mesure.
- Gérer les commandes de A à Z : vérification des données, suivi logistique, coordination avec la facturation.
- Assurer le lien entre les clients, les commerciaux et les équipes internes : support technique, fournisseurs, usines.
- Répondre aux demandes internes et externes avec réactivité et clarté.
Profil
- Maîtrise des outils : Pack Office, ERP (idéalement Axapta ou SAP).
- Compétences en gestion commerciale : devis, marges, cohérences, complétude des demandes.
- Aisance avec les chiffres : conversions, calculs, chiffrages complexes.
- Capacité à utiliser des configurateurs produits et à enrichir les demandes clients.
- Connaissance du secteur : bâtiment, construction ou industrie (un plus).
- Expérience en lancement de commandes fournisseurs.
Qualification
- Formation : BTS NRC, BTS Assistant de gestion, DUT GEA ou Techniques de commercialisation
- Expérience : première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire
- Langues : l'anglais est un plus
- Qualités personnelles : autonomie, diplomatie, sens du contact, goût du travail en équipe, flexibilité.
Rémunération
- 30 000 € brut annuel fixe, jusqu'à 33 000 € avec les variables
- Télétravail partiel possible
