Administrative Assistant (Belmont, NH)
What can you expect:
- $25.00/ hour and up based on experience

What you will do:
- Schedule all executive meetings and provide necessary communication for the leadership team.
- Coordinate all air and hotel arrangements for the company as needed (excluding road crew travel).
- Liaise with Northeast Division President's Executive Assistant, as needed.
- Update Corporate documents as necessary
- Manage and coordinate the following events, 25-year employee ring ceremonies, Employee Appreciate (Ham) Day, Intern celebration, Pike Awards celebration.
- Manage and coordinate facilities for the Spring Meeting training season with Human Resources and the Safety Division annually.
- Provide administrative support to all Line of Business (LOB) VP's as needed.
- Coordinate travel and registrations for conferences and training schools, such as World of Asphalt, ConExpo, Astec, and Gencor. Communicate with the Learning and Development Manager as needed.
- Oversee all training contracts and analyze costs, as necessary.
- Balance American Expense credit card expense submittals including receipts and coding. Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills including outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Possess solid organization and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Good decision-making skills and detailed oriented.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisor with other duties as required.
- Must display a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with co-workers and the public.
