We are seeking a creative and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join the Paid Marketing team and drive growth within our affiliate marketing program. As a member of the Paid Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving new member acquisition and revenue through digital and offline channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute a strategic and experimentation roadmap. What you'll do:
- Oversee and scale our affiliate network on Awin, managing a diverse portfolio of over 100 publishers and influencers across subnetworks, content/display creators, and media partners
- Lead the diversification of the partner mix and drive vertical expansion into new areas such as Auto Insurance, Personal Loans, and Credit Cards
- Manage both commission-based structures and Flat Fee partnership models, ensuring efficient budgeting and strong partner relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Growth Tech, Analytics) to implement critical technical unlocks to enhance tracking accuracy and partner signal
- Monitor and report on program KPIs and conduct transaction validations to ensure program efficiency and high-quality acquisition
- Collaborate with Legal to review partner creatives, articles, and influencer content to ensure compliance while maintaining speed-to-market
- Partner with creative teams to develop briefs and tailored messaging for specific partner types, including post-purchase placements and influencer campaigns
- Assist in scaling product and brand campaigns within our full-funnel media strategy

What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related field
- A degree in a relevant field, such as Communication, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or a technical discipline
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment and customer segmentation
- A track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on, high-capacity doer, with excellent multi-tasking skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills
What we would like to see:
- Affiliate and/or influencer marketing experience a bonus
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
