The Impact of a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering at Coupa:
What You'll Do
- Lead the evolution of the Coupa Item Model, servicing the core workflows of our many functional teams Procurement, Sourcing, Bill Of Materials, Catalogs
- Manage an agile team of 9+ engineers
- Be involved in technical architecture and design decisions
- Define long-term engineering roadmap and drive release planning and execution
- Promote efficiency using AI tools
- Work closely with peers to ensure successful outcomes and improve business processes
What You Will Bring to Coupa
- Agile team management experience of at least 3 years as as engineering manager
- Be a highly technical manager with deep experience in software and systems
- Experience in framework development and micro services
- Ability to support and mentor individuals and teams
- Good functional understanding of enterprise SaaS products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
