• Sourcing Optimization Strategy: Drive the technical roadmap for Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO), focusing on high-concurrency data processing, complex bid analysis, and deep ERP/Sourcing integrations.
• Strategic Mentorship: Systematically break down complex technical information to mentor mid-level and senior engineers, setting the standard for code quality and architectural integrity.

• Backend & Cloud Mastery
• Expert Java Development: 8+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring ecosystem.
• API & Lifecycle: Mastery of OpenAPI, RESTful service development, and sophisticated service consumption and maintenance strategies.
• Data & Performance: Expert-level MSSQL/relevant database knowledge, including advanced performance tuning and query optimization for large-scale bid data.
• Unit Testing (Backend): Deep experience with JUnit, Mockito, or AssertJ to ensure 100% reliability of business-critical sourcing logic.
• Platform Agnostic: Deep understanding of multiple hyper-scalers (AWS, Azure) and building software that is not locked into a single provider.
• Frontend & UI Architecture
• React & Vite: Expert proficiency in React.js using Vite for ultra-fast development and optimized production builds.
• Component Design: Advanced usage of MUI (Material UI) to create professional, scalable, and responsive sourcing dashboards.
• Unit Testing (Frontend): Mastery of Jest and React Testing Library for component testing, and Cypress or Playwright for end-to-end flows.
• Modern Standards: Strong understanding of Microfrontends, web performance, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility.
• Sourcing Domain: Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Bid Optimization, or Supply Chain analytics is a major added advantage.
• AI & Optimization: Interest or experience in integrating AI/LLM or Linear Programming solvers into SaaS workflows.
• ERP Integration: Familiarity with how sourcing data flows into downstream ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
