About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner to support our U.S. business, with a primary focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring while also supporting technical and product functions.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who has operated within a B2B SaaS environment, understands how modern revenue organizations scale, and has experience hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

We are a SaaS company evolving toward AI-enabled solutions. While many of our roles remain core SaaS positions, we are increasingly hiring talent that understands AI-driven products and go-to-market motions. This recruiter must be comfortable operating across both worlds.

This is a strategic, business-facing role - not transactional recruiting.

What You'll Do

Lead GTM Hiring Strategy

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating roles
  • Translate revenue targets and growth plans into hiring strategies
  • Build proactive pipelines for competitive SaaS sales talent markets
  • Partner closely with Sales & Marketing leadership to improve speed-to-productivity

Support Technical & Product Hiring

  • Recruit for Engineering, Product, and technical roles as business needs require
  • Support hiring for:
    • Software Engineering
    • Data / AI-related roles
    • Product Management
    • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent in competitive markets
    • Understand how evolving AI capabilities are influencing technical hiring profiles

    Strategic Talent Partnership

    Act as a true advisor to business leaders by:

    • Consulting on org design, role scoping, leveling, and compensation alignment
    • Providing market intelligence on talent trends and competitor activity
    • Designing structured, competency-based interview processes
    • Using recruiting data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning
    • Driving accountability, alignment, and high hiring standards
    • Protecting candidate experience while maintaining rigor

    AI-Enabled Recruiting & Operational Excellence

    • Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, outreach personalization, and workflow efficiency
    • Continuously evaluate ways to modernize recruiting through technology
    • Quickly learn internal systems and processes
    • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
