Talent Acquisition Partner - Fixed term

We are actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a diverse background in recruiting for various roles, including Sales, Enablement, Support, Marketing, and Technology. This pivotal position requires a recruiter with a proven track record of success in the Poland region.

In this role you will:

  • Contribute to continued growth in Poland
  • Conducting searches, leveraging research, LinkedIn, user groups, referrals, networking, and web sourcing to identify potential candidates.
  • Advocate and implement best talent acquisition practices for Poland
  • Be a strategic partner to hiring managers by leveraging your expertise in the region's talent market
  • Advocate on our DEI efforts in the region to ensure that we are providing a slate of highly qualified and underrepresented applicants.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand their staffing needs and team goals across multiple functional areas.
  • Build and nature a robust network of qualified candidates, developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and guidance throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage virtual and onsite interview processes, ensuring seamless candidate interactions.
  • Drive the offer and negotiation process, including compensation recommendations, offer extensions, and candidate closure.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent team and business units to consult on position specifics, leveling/compensation strategies, visa sponsorship, and market trends.
  • Educate and train hiring managers and business stakeholders on recruiting processes, the use of recruiting software systems
  • Document all recruiting-related activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Adhere to equal opportunity employment principles, local regulations, and fostering diversity in accordance with applicable equal employment opportunity laws.
  • Maintain a high standard of privacy and security obligations.

You've got what it takes if you:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a preference for in-house recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including Sales, Enablement, Support, Marketing, and Technology.
  • Proven success in recruiting within Poland,
  • Proficiency in sourcing talent using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Track record of recruiting a diverse talent pool.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including compensation recommendations, offer extensions, and candidate closure.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems for reviewing, dispositioning, scheduling, and reporting on candidates.

Extra dose of awesome if:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company. Particularly in the Talent Management space
  • Background in supporting business growth and scale.
