Strategy Consultant - Adoption, ChangeCommunication & Engagement | Mumbai or Pune | Hybrid
About the Role
As a Strategic Consultant, youwill work closely with customers to drive user adoption, engagement, andretention on their learning platforms. Your role is critical in helpingorganizations maximize the value of their investments by developing and executingstrategic initiatives that enhance platform usage, optimize user experience,and reinforce long-term customer success.
By leveraging marketingstrategies, data-driven insights, and innovative engagement techniques, youwill guide customers in fostering a culture of continuous learning and digitaladoption. This role sits within the Chief Customer Officer's organization andthe Services team, playing a key part in strengthening our customer-centricapproach.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Strategy & Consulting
Act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them develop and execute adoption and engagement strategies tailored to their business goals.
Partner with customer stakeholders to identify challenges and implement solutions that drive sustained usage and learner engagement.
Provide ongoing consulting services to optimize the user experience and ensure long-term platform success.
Adoption & Engagement Initiatives
Design and implement marketing and communication strategies that boost user adoption and retention.
Develop and execute launch campaigns, engagement programs, and content strategies that create excitement and sustained interaction on the platform.
Craft compelling messaging across multiple channels (email, push notifications, web pop-ups, social media) to drive engagement and reinforce value.
Customer Success & Retention
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align adoption strategies with overall customer success objectives.
Use data and analytics to track user behavior, measure engagement effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance customer engagement strategies.
What We're Looking For
4 years of experience in strategic consulting, customer success, or marketing strategy with a focus on user adoption and engagement.
Strong ability to develop and execute engagement campaigns that drive measurable user adoption and retention.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and consulting skills to influence customers and internal stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and adapting to shifting priorities.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative problem solver with a passion for improving customer experiences and digital adoption.
Technical acumen-while not an engineering role, the ability to understand new-age technologies is an asset.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
