Senior Proposal Writer - EMEA |Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai

The Senior Proposal Writer will beprimarily responsible for the development and completion of Request forProposals (RFPs) and Security Questionnaires from prospects and currentcustomers. This position requires a talented individual with strong writing,communication, and project management skills who can thrive in adeadline-driven environment. As a member of the Global Proposal team, you willplay a crucial role in helping drive new business wins and customer retention.You will work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team oftalented and dedicated professionals.
This position reports to the Managerof the EMEA Proposal team. Success in this role can lead to advancement withinthe team and opportunities in other areas of the business.

In This Role You Will

Develop and coordinate timely RFP responses to ensure compliance with prospect and customer requirements.
Interpret technical and functional business requirements to accurately answer questions, leveraging internal tools and assets.
Collaborate with teams across the company (e.g., Security, Product, Legal, Finance) to complete responses.
Develop a deep understanding of our business, products, and market positioning.
Participate in daily team assignment meetings and support your fellow proposal writers.
Become an expert in the software we use (Responsive).

You Have Got What it Takes If You

Fluent in English.
Minimum three years' experience in writing and managing RFPs and pursuit processes.
Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and empathy.
Experience with Talent Management and HCM software markets preferred.
Experience with proposal software tools, preferably Responsive, is a major plus.
