Senior Product Manager | HR Technology | Pune | Hybrid
Location: Pune
Cornerstone on Demand is looking fora data-driven, customer-focused individual for a Senior Product Management role,with a specific focus on our 'Skills' domain. This role requires deep customerempathy, good problem-solving skills, and collaborative PM thinking. The SeniorProduct Manager will partner with a dynamic cross-functional organization toexpand and serve our customers worldwide
In this Role you will:
Manage end-to-end product experiences for our 'Skills' domain, encompassing User, Admin, Manager and platform experiences.
Build products to improve customer experiences and enhancing key Galaxy flows and experiences, leveraging Skills as the connective tissue.
Understand customer and user needs in-depth and drive conversations with strategic customers to ensure their success and bring challenges, solutions, and ideas to product planning discussions.
Oversee the roadmap and strategic direction for the 'Skills' product area, ensuring alignment with the broader Cornerstone Galaxy vision.
Work with design and Engineering teams to translate business needs into clear priorities, a compelling roadmap, and high-impact, innovative features.
Actively maintain a view of how the market, competition, and technologies are changing, and factor it, as well as feedback from internal groups and customers, into the product direction.

Collaborate with cross-functional organization, including other Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Account Management, Customer Success, and Support functions, to solve for business limiters within your control and pursue key business accelerants.
Work with Product team members across Cornerstone to ensure a tightly integrated product strategy, removing silos as we grow while ensuring the voice of the customer is incorporated into the product
You have what it takes if you have...
5+ years of PM experience building enterprise software products and/or tech services.
Background in HR Technology, specifically with experience in learning, talent management, skills frameworks, or competency models.
Experience writing vision/strategy documents, PRFAQs and PRD's.
Has worked in highly collaborative companies across time zones.
Experience working directly with customers in collaboration with sales/systems engineering teams for large deployments and deals.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting dimensions and to be clear on the minimum capabilities that matter.
Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify patterns and synthesize disparate data into a coherent whole.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy.
A passion for usability and a knack for simplicity.
Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time.
Experience with Agile software methodologies.
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
