Senior Marketing Specialist

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of revenue marketing programs that support new logo pipeline activity in APAC.

The role executes programs aligned to the APAC GTM plan, with a focus on pipeline contribution, conversion, and engagement of priority segments and named accounts across mid-market and enterprise customers.

In this role you will:

  • Execute revenue marketing programs aligned to the APAC plan, including executive events, third-party and sponsored events, webinars, and regional campaigns
  • Localise messaging, content, and assets to ensure relevance for buyers and buying groups
  • Coordinate with shared marketing services to activate digital, ABM, and paid components where required
  • Align program execution with Sales and BDR teams against priority accounts, segments, and pipeline needs
  • Support pre and post program follow-up motions and named-account activation plans

  • Manage day to day delivery of events and programs, including agendas, speakers, vendor alignment, and on-the-day execution where applicable
  • Work with the Marketing Specialist to ensure logistics, administration, and vendor coordination are handled efficiently
  • Track program-level pipeline contribution, engagement, and conversion
  • Provide timely and accurate inputs for pipeline reporting, QBRs, and post-program reviews
  • Escalate execution risks, delivery issues, or performance gaps

  • Planned marketing programs are delivered on time and executed effectively
  • Programs support pipeline contribution, audience engagement, and conversion across applicable activities
  • Priority accounts and target segments are engaged through planned marketing programs
  • Reporting inputs and post-program reviews are completed accurately and on time

You've got what it takes if you:

  • 2-3 years' experience in B2B marketing execution, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Experience executing field, event, and regional marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience with Asana (or equivalent), Marketo (or equivalent), and Salesforce
  • Comfortable working with Sales and BDR teams in long sales-cycle environments
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
