Senior Data Scientist

We are searching for askilled Senior Data Scientist/Engineer to help fuel our team'sdata-driven impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data tosolve complex business problems, has hands-on experience across the modern dataengineering and data science stack, and contributes as a dependable, collaborativeteam member.
Inthis role, you'll work extensively with Snowflake, including advancedfeatures such as Snowflake Cortex, Cortext Code, Snowflake Intelligence,Snowflake Horizon, and Snowpipe, to build robust data solutions and deployAI/ML models at scale.

In this role, you will...

• Partneracross business functions to drive actionable insights and impactful datasolutions through clear communication and storytelling.
• Designand develop comprehensive dashboards, analytics pipelines, and machine learningmodels to support critical business objectives.
• Implementand optimize data workflows using Snowflake (including features likeCortex, Intelligence, Horizon, and Snowpipe).
• Buildand deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant frameworks,focusing on applications such as predictive analytics, recommendation engines,and automation.
• Collaboratewith engineering and analytics teams to drive experimentation, featureengineering, model evaluation, and deployment processes.
• Writescalable and efficient SQL to analyze and transform data; construct trusteddatasets and data products in Snowflake.
• Buildand deploy workflow automations using Python.
• Mentorjunior team members, review their work, and ensure delivery quality andreliability.
• Translateevolving business requirements into effective data solutions to enablestrategic and tactical decision making.
• Championdata quality and governance, addressing issues proactively and maintaining highdata standards.
• Empowerbusiness users to access data and insights through modern self-service tools

• Excellentcommunication skills; experience collaborating across business and technicalteams.
• Demonstratedexpertise in BI, data science, and deployment of AI/ML models in businessenvironments.
• 6+years of hands-on experience in data analysis, engineering, and visualization.
• 2+years of strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including in-depth exposureto Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, Horizon, and Snowpipe.
• Proficiencywith Python and/or R for data analysis, model building, andpipeline automation.
• Certificationin Snowflake or AI/ML technologies is a plus.
• Familiaritywith MLOps, cloud platforms, and deploying ML models at scale.
• Solidunderstanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and building scalable dataproducts.
• Exposureto various tools across the modern data engineering and data science ecosystem.
• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline (advanceddegrees or relevant certifications add an advantage).
• Adependable attitude-committed, collaborative, and motivated to help the teamsucceed.

• Skillsin dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, or similar ETL/data orchestration tools.
• Exposureto predictive analytics in domains such as customer analytics, Finance,customer service, or revenue modeling.
• Familiaritywith GenAI, LLMs, or vector databases for innovative enterprise use cases.
