Principal Business Systems Analyst
Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst (OTC)
Cornerstone is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst (OTC) with deep expertise in Oracle Revenue Management to support and enhance our Order to Cash process in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment. This role focuses on the end-to-end Order to Cash lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on revenue recognition and compliance, and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted subject matter expert, provide production support, lead solution design, and proactively explore and adopt new Oracle Fusion features, including embedded and emerging AI-driven capabilities to drive automation, accuracy, and business value.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Revenue Management, with hands-on leadership in revenue recognition design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide functional and technical expertise across additional Oracle Fusion Order to Cash modules, including Oracle Subscription Management, Accounts Receivables and Advanced Collections
- Lead system configuration, solution architecture, proof-of-concepts (POCs), documentation, and user education, with focus on revenue management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional analysts, developers, and integration partners to gather and document detailed business requirements, Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, Configure, test, and deploy solutions.
- Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in the production environment and in coordination with multiple support groups.
- Support critical business processes including billing, revenue recognition, and period close, responding rapidly to high-priority issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of production incidents, Oracle enhancement requests, and Oracle Service Requests (SRs), coordinating with Oracle Support as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue automation, controls, and reporting by leveraging new Oracle Fusion functionality and AI-enabled features.
- Build strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders by increasing system knowledge, sharing best practices, and recommending system improvements.
- Manage and execute small to medium sized initiatives, contributing to feasibility analysis and delivery planning.
- Design and implement system enhancements and integrations in collaboration with business and development teams.
- Write and analyze SQL queries to support data validation, revenue reconciliation, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Ability to design & build reports (BIP & OTBI)
- Review Oracle quarterly release notes, conduct POCs, and drive adoption of new Fusion features, including AI-driven insights and automation.
- Perform regression testing for Oracle Fusion upgrades, patches, and revenue-related enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required)
- 8+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Oracle Revenue Management, including revenue recognition rules, performance obligations, contract modifications, and revenue accounting compliance.
- 3+ years of experience across additional Oracle Fusion OTC modules like Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable & Advanced Collections
- Solid understanding of revenue accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and their implementation in Oracle Fusion Revenue Management.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, including REST and SOAP services, OTBI reports, FBDI file uploads, and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze backend tables and build reports
- Proven ability to configure Oracle Fusion applications, document setups, and support complex financial processes.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, test, and adopt new Oracle Fusion features, including AI-driven and automation capabilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
- Oracle ERP Cloud certification in Revenue Management or Order to Cash modules is strongly preferred.
