Performance Marketing Manager

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the performance and efficiency of paid marketing and account-based marketing programs supporting new-logo pipeline acquisition across APJ.
The role converts priority account demand and intent into qualified pipeline through disciplined targeting, paid activation, and continuous optimisation. It also contributes to expansion pipeline activation where paid and ABM activity can materially improve deal progression.
In this role you will...
- Execute paid marketing and ABM programs aligned to priority new logo accounts, ICPs, and regional GTM priorities
- Activate campaigns across paid search, paid social, ABM platforms, content syndication and third party media where approved
- Translate agreed targeting and pipeline priorities into paid and ABM activation plans
- Own performance of paid and ABM-sourced demand through the funnel from MQL to SQO
- Monitor conversion rates, disqualification reasons, and pipeline progression
- Optimise targeting, messaging, channel mix, and spend allocation based on performance data
- Manage paid media execution across APJ within agreed budgets and plans
- Execute paid components of global and regional campaigns aligned to field, sales, and advocacy activity
- Support approved expansion plays through targeted ABM and paid activation
- Partner with Revenue Marketing leadership to align paid activity to priority accounts and expansion motions
- Provide regular reporting on paid and ABM performance, including pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity

Measures of Success
- Lead to MQL conversion ≥20% for paid and ABM-sourced demand
- MQL to Prospect conversion ≥30% for paid and ABM-sourced demand
- Cost per MQL below USD 500 across paid demand programs
- Measured pipeline contribution from paid and ABM programs consistent with agreed attribution rules
- Improved pipeline generated per dollar of paid spend year on year
- Accurate and timely performance reporting delivered each month
You've got what it takes if you have...
- Experience in B2B performance marketing and account-based marketing in a SaaS or enterprise environment
- Hands-on use of Marketo (or equivalent), Salesforce, and ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense
- Experience managing paid media across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong capability in analysing funnel performance and pipeline impact using reporting tools and spreadsheets
- Experience working with Marketing Operations on tracking, attribution, and data accuracy
- Experience leading and developing junior performance or revenue intelligence roles
- Commercial, data-driven decision making and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
