Marketing Coordinator - Philippines

Overview :

Support the Senior Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA Growth Region, the Senior EMEA Partner Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Director by managing marketing planning, communications, and event/webinar activities across multiple markets and languages.

In this role you will:

• Manage and maintain detailed marketing planning workflows in Asana for EMEA Growth Region, Partner Marketing and Director of Field Marketing.

• Create, collate, and synthesize information from Asana into clear internal communications and slide decks.

• Provide remote support for local event delivery and webinar execution across various countries, languages, and target audiences. This includes managing contracts, orders and deliveries.

• Align with local marketers on event design assets including slide decks, social posts, promotional assets and other event related collateral.

• Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing plans.

• Utilise strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work at a fast pace.

• Track marketing activities within Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms as needed.

You've got what it takes if you have:

• Proven experience in marketing planning and project coordination.

• Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Canva.

• Familiarity with Marketo, Pathfactory and Salesforce is highly desirable.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across time zones and multicultural teams.

• Comfortable working remotely and aligning with Central European working hours where possible.

• Experience supporting multilingual marketing activities is a plus and fluent English is a must.
