AtCornerstone, we are dedicated to enhancing the global experience of ourSolution Consultants (SCs) and helping our Sales organization by providing themwith robust baseline demo portals, seamless support for shared demo instances,and by managing projects that directly benefit our sales organization andmainly the Solution Consulting community. Our GPE Team plays a vital role inempowering our SCs and other teams that use demo portals and ensuring that theycan deliver top-notch presentations to our clients. We are looking for adynamic and motivated Analyst to join us in this exciting journey.

PositionOverview:

As aGlobal Portal Experience Analyst, you will be pivotal in optimizing andevolving the demo portal ecosystem by leveraging cutting-edgetechnologies-including AI-driven tools-to enhance sales enablement and theoverall Solution Consultant experience. Reporting to the Manager, you willsupport, maintain, and innovate demo portals and shared demo instances, whilealso driving project execution that reflects business priorities. Your roleincludes troubleshooting, process optimization, and championing AI adoption toautomate and improve workflows for SCs and sales teams globally

In This Role YouWill

Demo PortalDevelopment & Optimization:
Continuouslyupdate and enrich baseline demo portals to reflect the latest productofferings, user feedback, and sales scenarios. Proactively identifyopportunities to streamline processes and enhance portal performance using AIand automation.
TechnicalSupport & AI-enhanced Troubleshooting:
Provideexpert-level support for shared demo instances, quickly resolving issues withthe help of AI diagnostic tools and efficient ticket management practices(ServiceNow or similar platforms).
ProjectManagement & Process Improvement:
Lead andcollaborate on cross-functional projects that improve demo assets and maximizeuser experience and efficiency. Collect and prioritize requirements whileensuring timely delivery of solutions that empower SC and sales teams.
Data-drivenQuality Assurance:
Monitor demoportals using analytics to maintain a high standard of quality, responsiveness,and user satisfaction. Implement iterative improvements based on data insights.
Documentation& Training:
Developcomprehensive, best practice guides, and upskill training for SCs and salespersonnel to ensure optimal utilization of demo tools.
Cross-functionalCollaboration:
Partner withSolution Consulting, Global Customer Success (GCS), Product Management,Engineering, and other key stakeholders worldwide to align demo strategies withoverall business goals and technological advancements.
IndustryAwareness:
Stay informedabout emerging trends in sales technology, AI, and digital enablement to keepCornerstone at the cutting edge of demo portal experiences

You've got what it takes if you

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience with Cornerstone products and related certifications.
Strong familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing and support systems.
Solid project management skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
