Enterprise Account Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Enterprise Account Director to lead and grow one of our flagship UK accounts. This role calls for a rare blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and customer-centric leadership.
You will excel across multiple disciplines, including enterprise sales, solution consulting, program and project management, customer success, and long-term account strategy. Your mission: drive exceptional client outcomes, strengthen executive partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities within a key strategic account.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across Cornerstone, you will ensure our customer receives world-class support, delivery excellence, and measurable success.
In this role you will...
- Own and grow a major strategic account, serving as the primary senior relationship lead.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy aligned with client objectives and Cornerstone's business goals.
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets by identifying customer challenges and aligning Cornerstone solutions to deliver measurable business value.
- Expand relationships at all levels ("high and wide") to deepen engagement and broaden the account footprint.
- Act as the escalation and resolution point, ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening trust.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service, exceptional implementation quality, and consistent customer success.
- Monitor and influence customer satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Represent Cornerstone as a trusted advisor, offering industry insights and thought leadership in Talent & Learning technology.
You have what it takes if you have...
- 7+ years' experience in enterprise sales, account management, or strategic client leadership-ideally within the software or SaaS industry.
- A proven track record in solution selling, consulting, or managing complex programs and stakeholder groups.
- Strong business process knowledge, technical aptitude, and the ability to quickly master our Talent & Learning Management solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders.
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach to customer engagement.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while effectively partnering with internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing (preferred but not required).

- Willingness to travel, as required.
