Account-Based Marketing Manager

We're hiring: Account-Based Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on ABX/ABM marketer who loves turning strategy into campaigns and making things happen.

You'll help build, launch and optimize account-based programs targeting priority enterprise accounts across digital, content, personalized experiences and Sales activation.

What you'll do:
• Build and launch 1:1, 1: few and 1: Many ABX campaigns
• Create account segments and buying-group audiences
• Research accounts and identify relevant triggers and insights
• Activate campaigns across platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
• Support personalized ads, content, emails and landing experiences
• Monitor intent, engagement and account signals
• Provide Sales and SDR teams with actionable account insights
• Track performance, test new approaches and continuously optimize
• Use AI and automation to accelerate research, personalization and execution

We're looking for someone with:
• 2-5 years in B2B Demand Generation, Digital Marketing or ABM
• Strong hands-on campaign execution skills and attention to detail
• Good analytical, organizational and project-management capabilities
• A proactive, curious and collaborative mindset
• Someone resourceful who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools and finding better ways to get things done
• The confidence to take ownership while working closely with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders
• A natural interest in AI and emerging technologies-you enjoy experimenting with new AI capabilities and finding practical ways to use them in your everyday work

Our evolving tech stack includes: Clay, Claude, Copilot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Marketo, FullEnrich, Webflow, LinkedIn or similar tools.

AI matters: you don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be genuinely curious about what AI can do and excited to use it to work smarter, move faster and create better account experiences.
