Sr. Analyst, Process & Portfolio Management
Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Process & Portfolio Management will be responsible for supporting innovative initiatives (new product development, line expansions, package changes, etc.) through the Stage Gate Process.
This role will work on several different types of product launches and will utilize formal project management methodologies to lead projects. This position partners with Project Managers and internal partners to follow the Stage Gate process and handles detailed steps and deliverable for all stages of assigned projects. This person will also handle tasks and content within Constellation's project and portfolio management system and provide project updates as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, outline resources, and demonstrate an understanding of interdependencies between tasks throughout the process of commercializing a new item.
- Shepard low to medium complexity projects through the Stage Gate process, and compile postmortems for review.
- Lead cross-functional meetings outlining action items for follow ups as guidelines for the core project team(s).
- Coordinate cross-functional input (ex.: R&D, finance, supply chain, insights, marketing) for new projects.
- Facilitate project communications (project status, action items, achievements) to key partners and ensure teams are responsible for completing tasks at hand.
- Work to address the various needs, concerns and expectations of the partners in planning and executing the project.
- Understand hurdles to a project's success and work with project teams and cross-functional business partners to propose resolutions.
- Ensure gate deliverables and updates for the Monthly Stage Gate meetings are delivered timely and accurately for his/her projects.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships throughout cross-functional teams.
- Consult on continuous/process improvement initiatives and opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience: 4-8 years in business role
- Demonstrated skill and success at Project Management and/or Certification in Project Management
- Project management experience preferred, including new product development and execution experience.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities.
- Strong relationship management skills
- Successful in solving problems and consulting with cross-functional business partners. Demonstrated organization skills, attention to detail, and timeline management.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to travel to sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or MS degree would be nice to have but not required.
- CPG or Beverage industry experience

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Physical Requirements: Requires the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. It also requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other equipment, reading, talking and hearing for extended periods of time.
- Travel Required: Must be flexible in work style and schedule: travel up to 20%.

The salary range for this role is:
$96,700.00 - $148,100.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
