Position Summary
Constellation brands is seeking a IT Governance Manager that will be a pivotal leader in shaping how we run and govern our IT organization. The IT Governance Manager is a key contributor to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance practices within the CBI technology organization. Reporting to the Director, IT Governance, this role supports the establishment and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure accountability, transparency, and risk management. The Manager will collaborate across IT and business functions, participate in audit-related activities, and drive compliance with internal and external standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director, IT Governance, in deploying and maintain the end-to-end IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct assessments to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulation (e.g. SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Coordinate with GRC analysts to track and report on governance and compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, etc.) to ensure that governance practices are integrated into IT projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of governance processes and controls.
- Lead IT Governance Risk Board and partner with leads of other governance boards to facilitate end-to-end adherence to IT governance framework
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT governance, risk management, and compliance to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs to educate IT staff on governance policies and compliance requirements.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and policies within an IT organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT).
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of industry standards and best practices related to IT governance and compliance (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).
- Proven ability to drive change and innovation in governance processes and practices within an IT organization.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align governance practices with organizational goals.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

The salary range for this role is:
$96,500.00 - $205,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
