Intern, Supply Chain Integrated Business Planning & Execution
Job Description
The Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) team Intern's internship will consist of training, project work and rotational experiences to learn about various areas across the planning & execution functions within the Beer Supply Chain, as well as its relations with the broader beer organization.
This Intern will support the IBP&E team on various planning and execution process improvement projects, digital transformation activities, KPI development and tracking, as well as gain relevant experience from various IBP&E roles day to day functions, inclusive of Demand Planning, Network Supply Planning, New Product Introduction Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Deployment and Customer Management. The IBP&E Intern will be exposed to aspects of Integrated Business Planning and fulfillment processes through a weekly organized schedule of tasks, project work that is managed by the supervisor, with guidance from the IBP&E Managers and Directors.
- Paid internship in the Constellation Brands Beer Division based in Chicago, IL
- Estimated timeframe - late May through early August (12 weeks)
- Participate in Corporate pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Team Building Tour, Final Presentations, etc.
Qualifications
- Must have completed junior year of bachelor's program.
Basic Requirements
- Major in Supply Chain.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of presentation software.

Physical Requirements/Other
- Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Primary work environment is within a corporate office setting.
- Ability to travel commercially.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
The salary range for this role is:
$23.00 - $29.00 Per Hour
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
