Resumen
Develop strategy, design, programming, execution of the social responsibility programs in CBI, carrying out the activities identified to fulfill the commitments assumed with each stakeholder and the social programs aligned with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.
Responsabilidades
1. Strengthen / Evolver the "El Valor de Educar" program and all its components
- Lead the planning, execution, management, communication, evaluation, and continuity of the "El Valor de Educar" program.
- Position and manage all 9 key program components.
- Platform Management: Oversee the chosen platform for reporting and scholarship application management.
- Communications: Develop and execute communication campaigns for calls for applications, scholarship award events, and reputation-building.
- Corporate Reputation: Contribute to enhancing the company's reputation through program visibility and results.
2. Develop, manage and follow up on the Local Social Responsibility Committees and communities in Veracruz
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that selected causes, needs, and initiatives are aligned with the company's CSR
- strategy.
- Donations and Initiatives Management: Supervise the effective execution of projects approved in Committee sessions.
- Action Item Follow-Up: Monitor and track agreements and action items from Committee meeting.
3. Execute fundraising activities for campaigns aligned with CBI corporate practices and follow up the results in direct contact with the benefited foundation
4. Global ESG report
- Process Management: Oversee the collection, validation, and recording of information for the ESG report (USA).
- Validation: Work with local teams to ensure data quality and relevance.
- Platform Administration: Manage digital tools and platforms used for ESG reporting.
5. Alliance with United Way and ENUMA
- Evolve strategy and partnerships today with Fondo Unido and ENUMA on reputation building and social licenses to operate on all 3 sites.
- Develop strategy with local comms managers and CSR committees to better serve neighbor communities and key stakeholders for each site for brewery reputation building and social license. Key strategic component to business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with the annual work plan.
6. Following up on the CSR budget
- Follow up every three months with the finance team to ensure continuity on the approved budget.
