Location: Minneapolis, MN (On-Site)

A role you will love
As our Work Director II, you will process and transmit files associated with loan fundings or mortgages. You will review transaction activity for propriety and adherence to established controls and procedures. These files will be set-up for release.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting company with building strong customer relationships along with strong risk mitigating in a compliance-driven culture
• Being accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable organization policies and procedures
• Appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations while providing timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues
• Placing emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation and making sound risk decisions within the business unit's compliance program requirements
• Performing daily operational tasks which may include delegating out daily workflow, researching inquiries, cross training and performing QC
• Superior written and verbal communication skills that can be shared with all levels of professionals, executives, and co-workers
• Serving as a mentor for junior relationship specialists
This role will include handling heavy items up to 25 pounds.

What will you bring to the role?

As a process-driven individual, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts.
Other key skills required for the role include:
• A minimum of 2 years of operations experience demonstrated through work and/or in lieu of military experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience including training and providing performance feedback to staff/managers
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and distribute complex work
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• embTRUST and mortgage review experience
Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $44,021 - $66,032. This base pay range is specific to Minneapolis, MN and may not be applicable to other locations.
