The Investor Engagement Group is a fast-growing business within Computershare, bringing together Georgeson's market-leading corporate advisory services with strategic investor intelligence and investor relations software solutions. Together, these offerings support public companies in navigating corporate governance, activism, M&A, shareholder meetings, investor relations, and shareholder engagement. Clients served are the most senior leaders at listed companies including Board of Directors, C-Suite executives, and senior management across investor relations, legal, governance and sustainability teams.

The Investor Engagement business operates within Computershare Limited, a listed company with more than 25,000 issuer clients in 22 countries. A role you will love

The Vice President, Investor Engagement Marketing is accountable for architecting, building, and scaling a modern, high-velocity marketing engine that propels Investor Engagement (IE) from early-stage launch to sustained market leadership. Operating in a competitive segment of financial services, this role must function with the speed, ingenuity, and experimentation mindset of a scale-up while leveraging the global reach and credibility of Computershare.

This leader must bring deep expertise in growth marketing, digital marketing, martech, analytics, and content strategy-paired with a demonstrated ability to scale B2B businesses from 0→1→100, ideally within fintech, SaaS, capital markets, or VC/PE-backed environments. Success requires someone who has built marketing engines that drive measurable revenue growth, disrupt larger incumbents, and create differentiated market presence.

The role requires a builder and operator: someone who can design strategy, roll up their sleeves to execute, experiment rapidly with new approaches, and continuously optimize based on measurable performance. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the multiple Investor Engagement personas-including issuers, boards, investor relations officers, corporate secretaries, institutional advisors, and governance professionals-and can translate market insight into powerful, technical, and disruptive marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep Investor Relations industry expertise, including governance, shareholder engagement, proxy advisory dynamics, and capital markets communication strategies.

You will interact with suppliers and will have the following key internal relationships working across time zones:

This role will report to the Head of Issuer Services marketing with a dotted line to the global CEO of Investor Engagement.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and Scale a High Velocity Marketing Engine
  • Lead Digital, Martech, and Data Strategy
  • Shape IE's Strategic Positioning and Market Differentiation
  • Create IR Aligned, Persona Driven Marketing Strategies
  • Own Go to Market (GTM) Planning and Cross Functional Alignment
  • Lead Content, Thought Leadership & Executive Communications
  • Drive Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration
  • Lead and develop the IE Marketing Team
  • Manage Budgeting, Forecasting & Operational Excellence
  • Represent IE Externally and Internally

What will you bring to the role

The ideal candidate will have deep Investor Relations industry expertise, including governance, shareholder engagement, proxy advisory dynamics, and capital markets communication strategies.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Bachelor's Degree (concentration in marketing, strategy, or management) - Master's degree a plus
  • 15+ years of financial services or fintech marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience in the ideation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, programs and enablement tools that drive future and current client engagement and deliver measurable results.
  • Well-versed in digital, AI optimization, search, product, content, and influencer marketing with knowledge of key content, digital and social metrics, and attention to detail in analyses, deliverables, and communications.
  • Experience with Eloqua operations, analytics, and dashboards as well as overall email marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Proven people management experience including attracting and developing talent.
  • Proven experience in leading a team across different functions, with the ability to motivate, support and develop others - able to apply analytical rigor to measure marketing performance, including impact, influence, and contribution to pipeline (required).
  • Strong project management skills coupled with the ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrixed environment.
  • Possess critical thinking, excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Highly proficient in all things Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Salesforce, CRMoD, BI, Cvent and Eloqua is a plus.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000, and this position is bonus/incentive eligible. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations.
