At Georgeson Asset Reunification, we help organisations reconnect with individuals who may be entitled to unclaimed cash or company shares, often former investors or customers. Through detailed research and specialist tracing techniques, we locate lost and dormant account holders and guide them through the process of reclaiming their assets. A role you will love
As an Unclaimed Asset Coordinator, you'll oversee the end to end asset reunification process, combining research, customer support, and accurate case management. You'll work directly with asset holders, conduct detailed tracing activities, and ensure each claim progresses smoothly from start to finish. Your role is key in helping individuals reclaim what they're entitled to.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed research campaigns to verify asset holder information and locate individuals
- Advising asset holders on their unclaimed assets and guiding them through the claims process
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to support claimants and address queries
- Managing a caseload of research tasks using various databases and tracing tools
- Participating in outbound calling campaigns to engage asset holders
- Updating and maintaining accurate data within our in house systems
- Supporting additional administrative or operational duties as needed
Salary, location and hours
This hybrid role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday. Starting salary is £27,000, dependent on experience and interview performance. Candidates must live within an hour's commute of our Bristol office (BS13 8AE).

We're looking for a proactive individual who shows strong initiative and can confidently gather and analyse information from a variety of sources. Politeness and confidence on the telephone is essential, along with strong written communication skills. Below are the key skills and desirable experience we're seeking:
- Skilled in gathering and analysing information from various sources.
- Capable of prioritising workloads, meeting strict deadlines, and adhering to procedures and regulations.
- Meticulous eye for detail, excellent written and communication skills
- Proficient in using a PC, including Excel and Word
- Motivated, energetic and an enthusiastic team player
