The Finance function is responsible for providing treasury management services in respect of both client and own funds, financial planning & analysis, financial accounting and reporting, commercial finance and tax support to all business units and functions throughout the Computershare Group.

The role will work collaboratively with other global teams, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and a variety of project related activity.

A role you will love

The Treasury Project Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of Treasury projects. This role is responsible for the plans, controls, and manages the delivery of Treasury projects to meet the agreed business needs, identifying and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining project management standards on Treasury projects.
  • Supporting Treasury Senior Project Manager with classifying and prioritising projects based on Treasury Strategy.
  • Responsible for the delivery of allocated Treasury projects - including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value.
  • Responsible for managing risks, dependencies and financial/time overruns at project level and ensure that the objectives of the approved business cases are met by the projects.
  • Implement project governance frameworks in allocated projects.
  • Recommend areas for change and support the business as the changes develop to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the communication channels and processes are in place to notify key stakeholders so that plans can be amended and the necessary action taken.
  • Provide thought leadership on allocated projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Implement key controls such as business case development, benefits management and budgets.
  • Act as a point of escalation for allocated project related issues.
  • As a subject matter expert lead and contribute to a range of strategic Group wide projects including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other business transactions.

What will you bring to the role?

Key skills desired for the role include:

Required:

  • Experienced in Treasury in a regional environment and the associated regulatory landscape.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing Client Treasury strategies in a global organization, with direct experience of the Treasury framework in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experienced in Project Management.
  • Knowledge in automation and centralization of a Treasury function; and
  • Experience of working within large and complex programs of work

Preferred:

  • Strong understanding of emerging Treasury trends across the globe and competitor positioning
  • Industry experience in banking and insurance
  • Relevant Project Management qualification

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00. This base pay range is specific to Canton, MA and may not be applicable to other locations.
