Are you someone who thrives on accuracy, consistency, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment? You'll be joining our Account Recordkeeping team within Global Core Operations, an area that supports multiple business lines by processing critical shareholder transactions that must be completed accurately, compliantly, and on time.

Account Recordkeeping plays a key role in ensuring shareholder instructions are executed in line with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and client service level agreements. As a Transaction Processor I, you'll be part of a team that delivers dependable service across our global footprint, supported by structured training and clear progression opportunities.

A role you will love

In this role, you'll be responsible for reading, interpreting, and executing shareholder instructions across a defined set of transaction types. You'll apply established processing rules and procedures to ensure transactions are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

You'll work with both financial and non-financial transactions that can range from small routine requests to high-value, time-sensitive activities. Accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures are critical, as the work you do has a direct impact on customer outcomes and service delivery.

A typical day could include:

  • Reviewing shareholder instructions and legal documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Processing account maintenance, transfers, purchases, sales, and other shareholder-initiated transactions
  • Entering transactions into processing systems in line with productivity and quality standards
  • Reviewing daily procedural updates and processing feedback
  • Escalating complex or non-standard requests in accordance with documented procedures
  • Completing required training and compliance activities
  • Supporting peak processing volumes, including overtime when required

You'll begin at Tier I, learning a defined set of transactions through a structured training program, with the opportunity to progress to Tier II as your skills and experience develop.

Preferred Experience in financial services, securities, or banking (helpful but not required)
Previous experience in transaction processing, operations, or administrative roles
