A role you will love
As a Site Support Senior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing extensive support and advice on a wide range of IT services and technologies. Your role will involve investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, as well as supporting and delivering a pipeline of project work.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Acting as an escalation point for the Technology Team and Business for service requests received and monitor service board escalations.
- Providing wide-range technical support and solve problems to make technology straightforward for clients.
- Maintaining clear communication with the technology team and internal customers, ensuring all incidents and requests are handled effectively and within agreed service levels.
- Training and mentoring other Technology team members including Site Support and Service Desk, ensuring internal documentation is up to date to assist team learning.
- Supporting and guiding the Global Tech Support Team to help members grow and develop their skills.
- Leading by example, championing best practice throughout the team and others, and stay up to date with new technologies.
- Providing physical support on site carrying ensuring excellent workspace environments.
What will you bring to the role
We are looking for someone who has meticulous attention to detail, strong communication and written skills. You will feel comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, challenging professionally where appropriate.
You'll also bring:
- Experience with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Azure Active Directory.
- Practical experience in technical support within busy, high-pressure environments, supporting a diverse range of users including executives and VIPs.
- Proficiency in managing technical engineers, planning and prioritising workloads, and turning data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with security threats and mitigation strategies, and expertise in modern EUC solutions such as Windows 10/11, MS Office 365.
- Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive continuous improvement and effective process automation.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management up to c-level executives
- Availability to travel to other sites as required.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $99,000 USD.
