A role you will love
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager with a strong background in trading and banking to join our growing Product team. In this role, you'll take ownership of our Trading offering, acting as Agile Product Owner and driving the product strategy from concept to market launch.
You'll play a key role in translating our vision into tangible products, aligning with our organizational strategy, and delivering innovative solutions that meet client and business needs.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Serve as Product Owner for an Agile scrum team, executing your product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision and refine strategic direction.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize initiatives, and shape product development.
- Create clear product documentation and communications, including marketing briefs, feature descriptions, and development updates.
What will you bring to the role?
You're a highly experienced Product Manager or business minded Agile Product Owner with a collaborative mindset and a track record of building strong business relationships across global teams. You balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and are passionate about delivering user-centric solutions.
You also have excellent interpersonal communication skills providing the ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and promotes understanding and consensus.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Background in banking/ financial services is essential with experience in dealing services.
- Exposure to trading, capital markets or wealth management is highly desirable.
- Strategic ownership of complex products or services, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with complex topics, and able to simply or visualise them effectively.
- Demonstrated success in delivering products aligned with business strategy and performance targets.
- Experience with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence/Jira and other related analysis tools.
