Key accountabilities:

  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for one or more Banking product domains, aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, and regulatory drivers, using data, research, and stakeholder input.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and business casing through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Influence investment and prioritisation decisions, balancing commercial impact, risk, regulatory requirements, and delivery capacity.
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
  • Develop and present high-quality product artefacts, including business cases, product strategies, executive updates, and go-to-market materials.
  • Track product performance, client outcomes, and market trends, using insights to inform future strategy and enhancements.
  • Act as a senior advocate and spokesperson for your product area with internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring to this role

You are an experienced product leader with a strong grounding in Banking or Financial Services and a proven ability to operate at strategic and execution levels simultaneously.

You are commercially astute, comfortable navigating complexity, and confident influencing senior stakeholders across a global organisation. You can simplify complex topics, make clear trade-offs, and drive alignment toward outcomes.

  • In-depth experience in banking or financial services, ideally across capital markets, payments, cash management, custody, or wealth management.
  • Proven track record owning and scaling complex, highly regulated products across multiple markets.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, able to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable direction.
  • Influential leader with success partnering across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of technology delivery, product tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence), and participant-facing financial or equity products.
