Client Asset Management (CAM) is the department within Equatex AG (part of the Computershare group) that is responsible for the monitoring of cash movements and securities transactions.

We are seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to join the team, someone who will take ownership of their assigned clients and ensure that daily reconciliations of cash and securities holdings are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and operational standards.

A role you will love

As a Senior Operations Specialist, you'll support smooth daily operations by resolving cash and stock discrepancies, maintaining accurate equity plan data, and acting as a subject-matter expert across reconciliation processes. You'll help drive operational quality, support team development, and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Resolve cash and stock breakages identified during daily reconciliations through JIRA, email, and direct client communication.
  • Monitor key lifecycle events for equity and deferred plans and maintain accurate plan data on the EquatePlus platform.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise across reconciliation and non-reconciliation processes, including support for corporate actions.
  • Analyse break trends, identify root causes, and recommend system or process enhancements.
  • Ensure high-quality operational service aligned with Compliance and Risk standards.
  • Contribute to operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train new team members using established processes and documentation.

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone diligent, organised, and confident working with detailed financial information.

You'll bring:

  • Several years' experience in Finance or Banking Operations
  • Experience with equity plans or custody (a plus)
  • Strong MS Office skills and SQL experience
  • Analytical ability with a focus on root cause analysis
  • Confidence making decisions under time pressure
  • Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
