Are you ready to deliver a premier, bespoke Trustee administration service for high-profile plans? We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated professional to manage the administration for Trusts and Companies involving key executives in employee benefit trusts. In this role, your commitment to a 'right first time' approach will be paramount, ensuring all services are delivered with exceptional accuracy and within agreed turnaround times, unlocking a world of potential for both our clients and your career.

- Achieve personal goals for productivity and service quality across all Trust administration activities.
- Apply your understanding of the client's offshore structure to day-to-day administration tasks.
- Actively identify process efficiencies and maintain precise records to minimise risk.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all written and telephone queries from clients and colleagues.
- Ensure accurate and timely personal time recording.
- Adhere to and exceed agreed client service levels wherever possible.
- Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as requested by the Team Manager.
What will you bring to the role?
To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a blend of strong technical aptitude and essential soft skills. Your highly organised approach and ability to prioritise tasks will be crucial in managing a busy workload and meeting strict deadlines, even when working under pressure. We require exceptional attention to detail and accuracy to maintain our 'right first time' standard for premier client service.
Beyond your technical abilities, your commitment to continuous development is important; you must be prepared to commence studying towards a professional qualification recognised by the JFSC as Table 5 or above.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- Be highly organised with proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Possess sound computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Proven capacity to work to deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- Hold a minimum of Grade C (or equivalent) at GCSEs in Maths and English, and/or Grade C (or equivalent) at A-Level.
- A commitment to commence studying towards a relevant professional qualification (JFSC Table 5 or above).
