Are you looking to kick start your career in Finance, then join our Jersey Trust and Company Administration team.
We have opportunities available for proactive, detail oriented individuals to join our growing team. In these roles, you'll support the delivery of high quality administration services across employee benefit trusts and related structures.
You'll be joining a supportive environment where progression is genuinely encouraged. You'll become part of our small, friendly operations team, working closely with colleagues in our Employee Share Plans business. Our office is in the heart of St Helier and even features a fantastic roof terrace for you to enjoy.

A role you will love
As a Senior Operations Administrator, you'll play an important part in keeping our Trust administration processes running smoothly. You'll take ownership and be responsible for accurate record-keeping, helping prepare and process documentation, and supporting colleagues with day to day administrative tasks. Your focus on accuracy and organisation will help ensure our clients receive a reliable and efficient service.
You'll enjoy working with a supportive team, gaining exposure to offshore structures, and building confidence through hands on experience. This is a great role for someone keen to learn, grow and develop a future career within the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high quality administrative support across all Trust administration activities
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all tasks follow established processes
- Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and minimising risk
- Responding promptly and professionally to written and telephone queries
- Ensuring accurate and timely personal time recording
- Meeting agreed service levels and contributing to team productivity
- Supporting the Team Manager with ad hoc duties and projects
What will you bring to the role?
To succeed in this role, you'll bring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong eye for detail. You'll enjoy working in a busy environment and take pride in producing accurate, well organised work. As part of your development, you will also be expected to begin studying towards a professional qualification recognised by the JFSC (Table 5 or above).
We are looking for someone who can:
- Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Stay organised and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Use standard computer systems and adapt to new technologies
- Work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Hold a minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English, and/or Grade C at A-Level
- Commit to starting a relevant professional qualification (JFSC Table 5 or above)
Please note you must have 5 years' residency in Jersey, or the equivalent right to work, to be considered for these roles.
