We give you a world of potential

Computershare are currently looking to recruit 2 Senior IT Project Managers to join the Plans Portfolio Delivery Team as part of Computershare Technology Services.

This isn't just "another Senior PM role." This is your chance to lead delivery across next generation technologies and transformational initiatives, working with talented teams across regions, time zones, and disciplines.

Why would you choose this role when there are other similar roles in the market? Well, there are a few things that make this role stand out:

  • Work across multiple platforms and next generation technologies, not stuck in one lane.
  • Collaborate with teams around the world.
  • Drive meaningful change with visible impact.
  • Join a team big on improvement, best practice, and doing things the right way.

A role you will love

Your role will carry great responsibility involving matrix team management, planning, scheduling, and reporting. You will ensure delivery to the defined scope and quality, whilst managing within agreed cost and time constraints to achieve the anticipated benefits and goals. Working with the wider project management team lead and implement improvements and best practice.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects using a smart blend of Agile and structured methods.
  • Shape delivery structures and governance: scope, RAID, plans, dependencies, and reporting with real transparency.
  • Energise cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and foster highly collaborative ways of working.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align objectives, manage expectations, and make informed trade-offs.
  • Support transformation initiatives that span teams, time-zones, and third-party partners.

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager who is proactive in their own development & delivery.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • A track record delivering large-scale IT change across multiple teams or workstreams.
  • Fluency in Agile and Structured practices (Scrum, Kanban, and Prince II) and when to flex the playbook.
  • Clear, confident communication with the ability to influence, simplify, and decide.
  • A knack for root-cause thinking, dependency mapping, and risk management that actually drives action.
  • Leadership that motivates people across global locations and disciplines to do their best work.
