We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Senior Client Solutions Manager within our new business team to act as a trusted strategic advisor delivering commercial growth across our client portfolio and targeted prospects.

A role you will love

The Senior Client Solutions Manager is responsible for the growth of new business through the proactive development of pipeline from new prospects (Future Client Programme - FCP) and existing client accounts (Existing Client Programme - ECP).

This includes building and retaining strong relationships with targets and clients and supporting them in understanding the industry and the range of products and services that Computershare offers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive proactive ECP and FCP programme activity, managing internal stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Support strategic planning to maximise cross-selling of Corporate Governance and Registry services and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and support targeted events and communications to increase market visibility and ensure strong ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong client and prospect relationships to develop pipeline across Existing and Future Client Programmes.
  • Lead ECP and FCP sales opportunities end-to-end, from identification and solution design through to win and implementation.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments to ensure focused, high-impact sales activity.
  • Meet prospective clients to strengthen relationships and advance sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and provide regional and global reporting.
  • Keep Salesforce updated and identify improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.

Other key skills you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree level qualification or significant work experience.
  • Significant experience as a Senior Client Manager or in a strategic client-facing leadership role within a sizeable commercial organisation, ideally operating in a global environment
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-value client portfolios, driving retention, growth and long-term strategic partnerships
  • Experience working effectively with senior leaders and colleagues across multiple locations and time zones
